Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by b9casino. By accessing or using the b9casino platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use b9casino.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and b9casino ("b9casino", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your use of the b9casino website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 "Account" means the registered member account held in your name on the b9casino Platform. "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives issued by b9casino subject to wagering requirements. "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on the Platform.
1.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of a conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 b9casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of b9casino following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
🔞 Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use b9casino. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. b9casino may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2.1 To register an Account with b9casino, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal; (d) not be self-excluded from b9casino or any affiliated platform; and (e) not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of b9casino or its technology partners.
2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the b9casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.
2.3 b9casino operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address (issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your membership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by b9casino may result in temporary account restrictions.
2.4 You must ensure that all information provided to b9casino remains accurate and up to date. You must notify b9casino of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. b9casino will never ask you for your password.
3.2 You must notify b9casino immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. b9casino will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account upon receiving such notification, subject to identity verification.
3.3 b9casino strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of security and is available to all Members at no charge through the Account Security settings.
3.4 b9casino will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your negligence.
4.1 b9casino accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. b9casino does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.
4.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. b9casino does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned where possible, and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 b9casino is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages.
5.1 All casino games offered on b9casino — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, blackjack, roulette, and Sic Bo — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
5.2 b9casino uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers via real-time video stream and are not RNG-based.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including game disconnection, server errors, or software failures — b9casino reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Account. b9casino will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited means will be voided. b9casino reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation where fraud is suspected.
6.1 All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific event rules applicable to each market. Event rules, including void rules and settlement procedures, are available within the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
6.2 b9casino reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where odds are manifestly erroneous, where a betting market has been suspended, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
6.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. b9casino does not guarantee that in-play markets will be available for any specific event or at any specific time.
6.4 If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time (unless b9casino's specific event rules state otherwise), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
6.5 For Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, Champions League, and other football competitions, as well as UFC and e-sports markets, specific settlement rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules documentation accessible through the Platform.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by b9casino are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements ("Bonus Terms") which are communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms apply generally; specific Bonus Terms take precedence over these Terms in respect of the applicable promotion.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in specific Bonus Terms, the following general conditions apply to all b9casino bonuses:
7.3 Members may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes prohibited conduct.

8.1 b9casino provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (c) session time reminders and time limits; (d) cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and (e) self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent exclusion).
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, b9casino will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Member from opening a new account and will not market to the Member during the exclusion period.
8.3 b9casino reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including deposit limits and forced cooling-off periods, on Accounts displaying signs of problem gambling behaviour, whether or not the Member has requested such restrictions.
8.4 b9casino's responsible gaming tools and policies are maintained in compliance with the standards set by our international gaming authority licensing requirements.
9.1 Members may request withdrawal of real-money Account balances at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as displayed on the Platform; and (d) absence of any ongoing investigation into the Account.
9.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Where this is not technically possible, b9casino will process withdrawals to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name.
9.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are: Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay — 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times.
9.4 b9casino does not charge withdrawal fees. However, Members are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or e-wallet provider in connection with receiving funds.
9.5 b9casino reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where the Account has not previously completed enhanced KYC verification.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9casino Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.2 b9casino reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Investigations will be conducted in a timely manner, and Members will be informed of outcomes where disclosure does not prejudice the investigation.
11.1 All content on the b9casino Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to b9casino and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted. Members may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without b9casino's express written consent.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9casino shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes.
12.2 b9casino's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in the Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 b9casino processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.
13.2 b9casino collects and processes personal data for purposes including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations under our international gaming authority licensing requirements.
14.1 b9casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address and/or a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.
14.2 Amendments take effect 7 days after notification for material changes, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case it takes effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to b9casino's operating jurisdiction as specified in our licensing documentation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, betting settlement, or account decision, Members should contact b9casino support in the first instance. b9casino will investigate and respond to disputes within 14 business days. If a Member remains unsatisfied following b9casino's resolution, the Member may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body under our gaming authority licensing framework.
